The HolyHost Network is designed to provide a low cost alternative way to provide Web Hosting Services for any church or subgroup of a member church wishing to provide information about its activities and services.

Normally, web site setup and maintenance is a fairly complex and labor intensive process.  The HolyHost Network takes that cost and effort out by setting up a site from a pre-configured template.  From there, a church may take over the content management effort and be up and running in a day or two.  We continue to handle the long term site management responsibilities.

We provide free hosting services for any church or member church subgroup.  This hosting service provides a unique URL address, something that browsers use to find you.  This URL is a subdomain name of the HolyHost.net domain name.  If you already have your own domain name, or plan to get one, we can link that URL to your subdomain name and you will be able to access your site directly without having to use the HolyHost.net URL.

And, no.  We do not place any ads on your site and sell a premium version without the ads.  Nor do we harvest your data for resale to marketers.
 

Our free hosting includes the following:

1. Set up your starting site on our servers
2. Login credentials for the Admin functions
3. Access to our Get Started Guides and documentation
4. Ongoing maintenance of the software used by our churches
5. Continued free hosting with no annual fees

After we set up your site, any designated member or friend of your church or subgroup will be able to start entering content.
 

Yes!  We have selected a theme, which controls the appearance, and plugins, which provide all of the functionality, for virtually any kind of site you may wish to have.  Best of all, the theme and plugins have all been selected and tested to work together, seamlessly.  You will not have to go through a rigorous test cycle as part of your startup process.

We will continue to expand the available functionality in an effort to ensure that you have the best site possible.  When we add or upgrade themes and plugins, we will provide information to help you improve your site.

Sometimes.  If we do anything on your behalf that results in incurring fees or labor costs, we do have to pass those on.  Some examples include:

1. Acquiring a domain name to replace your assigned subdomain name
2. If you request a mailbox for email
3. Special requests for new functionality and programming
4. If you wish us to provide content management services

   2. We give you access to our Get Started Guides and documentation
   3. We help set up your front page slider with images of your church or subgroup
3. If you wish, we will acquire a domain name
4. If you wish, we will provide content management services
5. If you wish, we will set you up with a mailbox
